How can I pay for a container?

We accept credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), Debit and Cash.

How much notice do you need if I want to rent a bin?

We ask for 24-hours notice for scheduling purposes. However, we are normally able to provide the service the same day the order is taken.

How long can I keep the bin? What if I need to keep the bin longer?

We place the container for a 7-day period rent-free. There is no problem in keeping the container. However, rent will be applied if the container is not emptied weekly.

What materials are not permitted in the container?

It is illegal to place any form of hazardous waste in a disposal dumpster. Please inquire at the time of booking if you have any questions about the materials you want removed.

The City of Corner Brook holds a Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Disposal Day twice a year. To find out when the next HHW Disposal Day will take place visit the City’s website at www.cornerbrook.com

Can I have the container placed on my lawn? In my driveway?

We can place the container on your lawn. However, it may leave an imprint, as the container is heavy. Normally the container is placed in the homeowner’s driveway.

Do I need to call to have the container picked up or emptied?

Yes, it is your responsibility to schedule all tips and removals.

What areas do you service?

We service Corner Brook, South Shore of the Bay of Islands, North Shore of the Bay of Islands, Steady Brook, Little Rapids and Pasadena.

What services do you provide?

How do I properly load a bin?

  • Try to EVENLY DISTRIBUTE the waste. This makes for easier pickup and safer transport of the loaded bin.
  • Please SEPARATE YOUR WASTE. Do not mix inert material (dirt, concrete, brick, block and asphalt) with other waste (plaster, drywall, tiles, wood, shingles, furniture, appliances, etc).
  • We will NOT pick up an overloaded bin, as it is unsafe to transport and may result in a large fine from city authorities.
