How It Works

Bin & Dumpster Rental
Step by Step

Bin Type & Size

Determine your bin type and size by using our online volume calculator or by calling our office.

Delivery Date

Pick a delivery date. We operate Monday – Friday 7am to 5pm and can usually deliver a bin with 24 hours notice.

Book Your Bin

Book your dumpster delivery by phone, email or our online Book A Bin form.

Location

Choose where you want us to drop the bin on your property. We recommend laying planks underneath the bin to reduce the chance of property damage.

Fill It

Place your waste evenly in the bin and be sure to refer to our guide for info on properly sorting your waste.

Call For Removal
or Emptying

Contact us to have the bin removed or switched so you can fill it again.

Pay Your Fees

We’ll send you a final bill that includes your bin rental and landfill tipping fees (if applicable). We accept cash, e-transfer or credit card.

Choosing A Bin / Dumpster

Our bin and dumpster rentals come in two styles, in a variety of sizes:
Front End Load

• Smaller bins with lids to keep your waste secure
• Often used for regular trash service at businesses and for smaller residential waste solutions
• Can be locked – ask about our auto lock system, which keeps your waste secure and allows our drivers to empty your bin without unlocking it!

• Have doors, which allow you to walk into the bin to load your waste
• Do not have a lid
• Often used for construction projects or larger/heavier waste
• Cannot be locked

• Two bins in one!
• Split 50/50 with one side for regular waste and another for recycling
• Ideal for customers who have limited space to place a bin
• Available for commercial customers only

Dumpster Rental Cost Includes

Delivery to your home, business, or construction project site
Weekly (7-day) rental
Removal - removal outside of your original 7-day rental period will incur additional fees, which will be applied to your final billing
Landfill tipping and disposal fees are NOT included and will be determined by the weight of the contents and added to your final billing
